Bryson and Brady's mirrors finally came! So Tyler and I hung them.

Brady's mirror is six feet wide and taller than he is--he likes it a lot, and so do Jana and I! After we hung the mirrors, the next adventure was a little baseball in the park...

We piled in the back of the truck and Tyler drove us over to the park. It was...exhilarating...

McKay was hitting to us and doing a good job.

That freed up McKay's mit for Bryson to use. I learned (the hard way) that Bryson has a wicked curve ball, particularly dangerous when he is three feet away. I am sure it will come in handy someday.
Tyler was a more consistent pitcher. Tyler, Bryson, McKay and I played baseball while Ryan and Brady played at the Discovery Park on the slides and swings there. We had a good time.

Afterward, Brady couldn't wait to play in the weeds at home. This week they come to clear them all out. That will be so nice!

Tyler's an Eagle Scout!!!

Tyler had his Board of Review on Thursday, May 26. It was a very formal affair. There were five people that interviewed him. The comments were spectacular, referencing Tyler's quiet strength and the exceptional young man that he is. It was an honor to be a part of it with Tyler.

After the Board of Review we went to JCWs to get Tyler a burger, fries and shake.

Very proud moment!

Tyler was pleased to have the process done and to now be an Eagle Scout. We are so proud of him and appreciative of the example he has set for his brothers.

Saturday, May 21

McKay had a good game. He played great defense and moved the ball to the goal several times, like this.

Brady came along to watch his big brother (and because Tyler conned me into taking him--the old, "yeah, I'll come with you..." loads Brady up in the car and then doesn't come move). They love each other, and Brady is great at yelling encouragement to others.

Shortly after the game started, and after he had relieved his waters in the nearby field, Brady found a playground with about 20 kids...that was his heaven.
Lots to do for Brady.

McKay's soccer team had another great season.

Tried to upload the videos of McKay's first hip hop routine (pretty much what you'd imagine) and a couple of Lisa's dance numbers--polar opposites and both delightful.
