A New Berg Kart

Kaylee just keeps getting cuter!

Getting to know her brother.

Matt stayed over on his way down to Las Vegas. He brought a kart!

So everyone got involved in putting it together...great boy fun!

 First, the frame...

 Then the tires...

 ...look at that Brady go!

Bryson got in on the action too...

 ...and McKay too.

Time to get the exhaust pipe on...

...yes, that is Ryan and he is turning a wrench. I got three pictures of him working.

During intermission, Lisa did a very exciting Celtic dance on the bubble wrap, one word...explosive! I was just glad she didn't lose any toe knuckles on the cement.

McKay figured out a way to get under the cart and do work.

...then it was time to ride!

Tyler was excited to get back on a kart again. He took Brady for a spin. Great fun!!! Thanks Matt, Ellen and boys!

Bryson had his first basketball game. He's receiving a pass here, ready to turn around and swish a 3-pointer.

...here he is passing. He had a blast with his team mates, nearly all of whom are in our Ward. Really fun!

...and the best part, the treats.
Go Green Pickles!!!

Labor Day

Tyler and Kaylee

Happy kids in the sun...good sports

Some fun after nightly scripture reading

Labor Day hike to the falls

On the way in the camouflage...

The kids on the way up, time for a pose.

The caterpillars are in full bloom this time of year, crawling around everywhere.

The little falls...perfect place to skip rocks

Lisa found a wasp hive, Tyler was worried...

The real deal...african black wasps that kill in a single bite, scary.

Of course, the boys had to check out the cave...I'm happy to report it did not smell like pot this year.

We made it to the falls. It is so cool, literally, the air is like 20 degrees cooler in the mist of the falls.

...McKay had to do his own exploring at the waterfall next to the main one.

Then, back down the to the valley...

So cool to see Utah Lake in the background. It was a beautiful day for a hike.

Earlier, Lisa was making fun of how the boys walk, but I thought it was only appropriate to capture how Lisa walks when she hikes. It's awesome, she belongs on a runway.

By the time we're done, it's worth all of the whining that occurs before we go.

...lunch at chik-fil-a was part of the fun.

Little Kaylee is still the focus of our attention and joy. She is growing fast and doing well. So is Jana!  They're both a lot more beautiful than they should be two weeks after our 'labor' day!

Kaylee Comes Home!

Two beautiful girls ready to come home!

Brady was making sure she was strapped in well.

Of course, the first order of business upon arriving home was to take some pictures...

The fingers, so long and dainty...

 Aahhhhhh...

 Precious...

Lisa had some time with the boys and worked her magic...turned Lindsay boys into full on rappers, please don't read too much into the gang signs, they are all forms of "I love you tons man" and "man hug comin' atcha" and stuff like that.

One of my work colleagues sent a beautiful, girly diaper bag, we are so excited to get it! It even turns into a back pack.

 Another Daddy's girl...

We love our Kaylee and have so appreciated friends and neighbors help and care. The whole family is excited to have Kaylee and Jana home with us now. It's been an exciting five days!
